• editing/proofreading: EUR 0.03/word (see note below)
• post-editing: EUR 0.05/word (see note below)
• minimum charge/hourly rate: EUR 30.00
• complaint period: 8 days
• Individual and Finnish customers will be charged a VAT of 24%.
• Customers can pay the equivalent of euros in any other currency of their choice.

If words are counted from Finnish text, the rates are multiplied by 1.33, the average ratio of the number of words in an English <-> Finnish translation. This is because agglutinative languages, such as Finnish, have longer words with more information than prefixative languages, such as English; for example, fi etupihallani = en 'in my front yard'.
